Maintenance of your hot tub

This page will help you find out what little effort is involved in maintaining your hot tub and keeping it in tip top condition. All hot tubs come with 12 months guarantee and give enjoyment and pleasure for many years to come.

• Water Maintenance
  An Ozone Generator can be fitted - This is a state of the art system which helps make and maintain clean & healthy hot tub water. However, small amounts of chemicals are required to make this possible and allow your hot tub to be clean & fresh all the time.
  
  Water should be tested every other day for chlorine and pH levels and the water in your hot tub needs to be changed every 4-6 weeks.
  
• Hot Tub Maintenance
  An insulated cover is supplied as standard with all portable hot tubs. Use this to maintain water temperature, and prevent dirt from finding its way into the hot tub, so you can enjoy the clean, clear water.
  
  When you drain the hot tub of its water, a quick wipe round with a soft cloth will remove any water line. The cover should be cleaned at least twice a year, to keep it grime free.
  
• Chemicals
  We supply a deluxe chemical starter pack with every hot tub that we install. Also available to order are a full range of hot tub chemicals which can be despatched direct to you by post.
  
• Warranty
  Provided that your hot tub is maintained in accordance with the manufacturers instructions, your hot tub comes with the full manufacturers warranty.
  
• Other Services
  We also have a number of other services which may be useful to you as a hot tub owner. We offer removals & installations when for example, you move house. We also offer part exchange, so you can change models if you require.
